Pico de Loro with kids
A calm cove beach, a kids' pool with a slide, and family suites a short walk from the sand.
The short answer
Why the cove works for kids
Pico de Loro Cove, on Hamilo Coast, is a gated resort community built around a sheltered bay, which makes it an easy place to bring young children.
The beach sits in a calm cove rather than open surf, so the water is gentle for little ones. There is a kids' pool with a slide beside the Country Club pool, and a resort shuttle that runs from 6 AM to 10 PM, so small legs never have to walk far between the buildings, the beach and the pool. Once you are inside the cove, everything a family needs is close together.

Where you sleep
Where families sleep
Both of our apartments sit inside the cove, but one is built for families.
The Family Suite is our widest layout, in the building closest to the beach — a short, easy walk of a few minutes to the sand. Two king rooms and a large sofa bed sleep six, with a full kitchen, fast fiber WiFi and Disney+ already signed in for quiet evenings. For a larger group, two of these units sit side by side, hotel-style, for up to twelve guests. They are limited, so reserve early.
Smaller families are just as at home in the Boutique Suite, a designed corner unit with a king room, a queen room and a sofa bed that also sleeps six, plus a balcony over the water. Whichever you choose, message us and we will help you match the layout to your family.
