Pico de Loro entrance fee, explained

How the resort fee works, what it covers, and how to visit as a non-member.

The basics

How the fee works

Pico de Loro Cove is a gated resort community. For guests who are not members, the resort charges a one-time entrance fee, paid to resort management on arrival.

The fee is valid for seven days from the day you pay it, so a single payment covers a long weekend or a full week in one of our apartments. It is set and collected by the resort, not by us — we simply help you understand it before you arrive.

Included

What it covers

The entrance fee opens up the parts of the resort most guests come for.

Beach access
Entry to the cove's beachfront, a short, easy walk from the buildings.
Country Club pool
Use of the Country Club pool, alongside the kids' pool with its slide.
Resort shuttle
The shuttle that runs from 6 AM to 10 PM between the buildings, beach and Country Club.
Gym and sports
The gym and sports facilities, including tennis, basketball, bowling, volleyball and table tennis.

The rate

What it costs

Rates are seasonal and set by resort management, and they change with peak and off-peak periods. Rather than publish a figure that could be out of date by the time you travel, we keep this simple.

Message us and we will send you the current rate sheet, so you have accurate numbers for your dates. The buttons below reach us directly.

No membership needed

Staying without a membership

You do not need to be a Pico de Loro member to stay. When you book one of our apartments, you enter as our guest and pay the non-member entrance fee.

Both units sit inside the cove: the Boutique Suite, styled corner to corner with a balcony over the water, and the Family Suite, our widest layout in the building closest to the beach. Reserve either one and we will guide you through arrival, including the fee and how to get there.

Good to know

Drinking water
The first five-gallon bottle is provided; refills can be limited in peak season, so plan ahead.
Signal and WiFi
Cell signal in the cove can be weak, but the fiber WiFi in our apartments is fast and reliable.
